Our Story

We’re just a little family business and make our AWARD-WINNING Dry Rub right here in South Florida. 

Here at BillyBob’s we’ve been cooking BBQ and smoking meat since Fred Flintstone was a baby. We started out cooking for family and then graduated to Saturday college football parties with friends.

Then along about 1993 we started competing. Today we have a trophy shelf full of evidence to prove our flavor is awesome.

Obviously the next step would be to start a food truck. Shortly after the food truck was operating, the questions came even more; how do you get this flavor? What kind of seasoning do you put on those ribs? What’s your secret? Can you teach me?

Then we got basically all of the same questions for the brisket.
People wanted to buy our recipe. They wanted to know how we did it. So eventually we decided the best thing to do was share the flavor with everyone.
